Pay contributes food, travel, health and other lifestyle content to various publications including: The Globe and Mail, National Post and Canadian Living magazine. She has also written extensively for live-action and animated television series.
Born in Taiwan and raised in Nova Scotia, Pay is good at clam digging, cracking lobsters, skipping rope and is a proud former member of an elementary school ukulele club.
